  • Verified at feature level: the AVR states it passes 8K/60 and this TV's top mode is 4K/120. Exact HDMI bandwidth is unstated on the TV, so this confirms the feature class is supported — not the full bandwidth: a reduced-chroma (4:2:0) path can carry a mode like 4K/120 at ~24 Gbps, well under the 40–48 Gbps a full-chroma path needs.
2 notes on this build:
  • Room for a second subwooferThis receiver has 2 independent subwoofer outputs and the build has one sub. A second subwoofer on its own output — each dialed in with its own distance and level — evens out bass across every seat far more than a single sub of any size. A common, high-value next upgrade.
  • Getting 4K120 gaming through this chainA 4K/120 chain needs an Ultra High Speed (48 Gbps) certified HDMI cable; over a short run (under ~10 ft) any certified Ultra High Speed cable carries the full 48 Gbps.
